1. Using the service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Ebill-Levithonlabs is an ebilling platform for creating and managing invoices, customers, and payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Storage of your bills and data

Your bills and related data are stored securely in our cloud database. They are not viewed by anyone except the cloud engineer responsible for operating and maintaining the platform. Cloud engineers are not allowed to disclose any of your information to any third party, as required by the policy of Levithonlabs Innovation Private Limited.

3. Deletion of data

When you delete something, it is permanently removed from the cloud database as well. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

You delete at your own risk. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered by you or by Levithonlabs Innovation Private Limited.

4. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Levithonlabs Innovation Private Limited is not liable for loss resulting from data you delete, incorrect data you enter, or unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
