1. What we store
We store the data you enter to run the service: your organization details, customers, invoices, payments, and account information. This data is kept in a secure cloud database scoped to your organization.
2. Who can see your data
Your bills and data are not viewed by anyone except the cloud engineer responsible for operating and maintaining the platform. Cloud engineers are not allowed to disclose any information about you or your data, as required by the policy of Levithonlabs Innovation Private Limited. We do not sell your data.
3. Deletion
When you delete something, it is permanently removed from the cloud database as well. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, so you delete at your own risk.
4. Security
Access to your data is protected by authentication and per-organization isolation. Keep your credentials private; anyone with your login can access your workspace.
